We believe that eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring and no matter what your dietary needs might be, a plethora of delectable options abound! Paleo, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, low carb - OR if you simply love to eat, you’ll be able to find several scrumptious options that will work for you.

Our menu is inspired and made with ingredients that matter. Mint and Limone’s offerings feature sustainably sourced ingredients such as organic produce from local farms, and our protein sources are all without antibiotics or hormones. Furthermore, we only use healthy fats such as coconut oil, avocado oil, ghee, and extra virgin olive oil. We care about what we put into our bodies and we care about what we feed you! Our menu is also deliberately filled with functional foods – food that makes you thrive, and will not leave you feeling bogged down and exhausted.

We want you to leave your meal feeling better, knowing that what you are eating not only tastes amazing but also offers health benefits such as lowering inflammation, contributing to better brain function, optimal gut health, and overall positive energy output.
